In addition to works in the classical liberal and libertarian traditions we have in the collection “Other Works” by authors who are either very hostile to classical liberal ideas (such as socialists) or who are “fellow travellers”, in the sense that they share some views with classical liberals but not others. A good example of the former is the German arch-protectionist Friedrich List who wrote Das nationale System der Politischen Oekonomie<\/em> (1841); a good example of the latter is the French left-anarchist Pierre-Joseph Proudhon (1809-1865).<\/p>\n\n
